Homework for Thursday: all exercises p17 to 20. Start learning the characteristics of all the legal structures we've covered so far + this additional cause/consequence vocab and inversions.

* In the end a more comprehensive test will take place on Thursday, February 13 including IPOs, mergers and acquisitions and more vocab.
