What we covered in class on Wednesday: Vocab-searching activity stage 1: We didvided the class into two groups. Members of group 1 individually looked for interesting words in this text while members of group 2 did so in that text (only in the central part). Once they had identified the words they looked up their definitions on the Merriam Webster website and made a list of 10 definitions on a separate sheet of paper (without the solutions!) as follows:
